Staycation at Containers by Eco Hotel

In a busy street of Manila that we are currently experiencing, once in a while we want to relax, to unwind and to see different things other than cars, jeeps, motors etc.... and as one of a Manileña people, what a better vacation spot that we can easily go to in just a snap? Any guesses where? Of course, none other than T A G A Y T A Y!! It still one of the go to places of many where we can chill, eat and enjoy the cold breezy air specially during December and January.
I was so lucky to be invited by Eco Hotel to stay for night at their newest property called Containers by Eco Hotel. I really got curious about its name so I researched it and found out that they actually used container vans as their main design for their hotel. It was so unique that everything about this hotel is all about their principle of reduce, reuse, recycle, and renew.
The whole place is innovative, creative, artsy (which I believe in today's generation is important since we like to post beautiful things on our social media accounts.). Even if the place is not that big, it didn't fail to make us feel very comfortable. The staffs were amazing in terms of hospitality, knowledge about the property and I love how they always have their smiles on their faces. Some parts of the hotel are still under construction but we did not hear or feel any disturbances all through out our stay. There is a restaurant upstairs and I heard that they will open a rooftop bar as well.
I love how their artworks can interact with people. It goes to show how ones artwork can bring so much happiness in you. I noticed that they utilized the space very well so that every corner would not be boring. Every room has its own name which also is the theme of the room. It has a couple room and a family room which can accommodate upto 4-6 pax. It also has a hot and cold shower and a separate bathroom.

In terms of service, we were so amazed how the staffs were very mindful and attentive on our needs. The first room that was given to us had a broken door and aircon. So they immediately went to our room and fix it but it was taking too long so they transfer us to other room. The wifi is fully operated as well so better get those IG stories ready!
After my visit there, it made me realize how important it is to take care of environment and how we can be creative to turn our supposed to be waste into something beautiful.
