Who here have seen the series of Girl Boss in Netflix? Please please, if you have Netflix, I highly recommend you to watch it like NOW!!!!

I just finished watching the series and I can't stop raving about it to my sister. A little background of the series, it is based on a true story of a woman who struggles with her life thinking that she is a trash and that she can't do something right. Everything is a mess about her until one day, she found her passion which was fashion. She sell vintage clothes on ebay that turned her into a multi million dollar. Her label called "Nasty Gal" Of course, that didn't came out in a smooth sail. She went through a rough times as hell!

Why I love this series because it reflects my life! Literally. This became my instant inspiration and motivation after I finished watching it. I've been struggling to earn, proving to myself and to everyone that at such a young age I already have something to be proud of. May it be material, or business, anything that people may actually say " Wow, ang galing niya. Bata pa niya ang dami na niyang achievements"

I was in a hurry to that phase to come that I literally broke down and depressed for 4 years. My business was not a success, I didn't know what to do with my life, my blogging wasn't going nowhere, everything was a failure. I missed so much happy memories of my 4 years because I was in a hurry to become successful.

I can't thank the people who are close to me who didn't give up on my rants and tantrums. Just like the movie, I stood up, took a deep breath, and learned that everything will fall into places in God's time. I now know the word "CHILL" This year has been great and I wouldn't want it in any other way. I am so relieved to put down all my heavy baggage that I've been carrying for 4 years and I can finally say that I AM HAPPY. So to those people who are feeling lost, it's okay. hold on because what you're going through is normal because you're struggling to the "adult life". What's important is that you learn to fight to stand up whatever life throws at you. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

By the way, I made this dress for my Mom's birthday last November :)
