Every Saturday is a date with my sister. We have been doing this for almost 2 years already. Our routine is like this. In the afternoon, we go to the gym, late lunch or early dinner then go to cafes with our playing cards. We love playing Exploding kittens, Monopoly and Pusoy Dos and we would stay there for hours and hours. Its the bonding that we share to each other and I can say that we got closer because of this. I mean, we are really close ever since but because of our "saturdate" we created more memories and kalokohan to each other.

Last Saturday, we discovered this coffee shop in Malate called Blocleaf Cafe. (clickable link). You wouldn't recognize it at first since its really small and at the corner as well best to use Waze when going there. It also has parking lot to those of you who will be bringing cars.

Boy oh boy, it is true what they say, small but terrible! the interiors are very homey and chill! the staffs were very nice as well. She even took her time to get to know us and gave some information about the cafe. She was very friendly and very accommodating. I swear if there was a couch there, I could totally fall asleep! Good thing we were the only customers that time so we got the whole place to ourselves and there was no distraction during our photoshoot HAHAHA! :)

We ordered the Longganisa pasta, Ham and Cheese Panini, Carrot Cake, Cafe Latte and Matcha Latte.

Thank you once again to Blocleaf Cafe! We really enjoyed our sister bonding and we will definitely be back there!

Overall ratings:

Food: 3.5/5 (I wish they have more choices in the menu. It is good for snack only not for lunch or dinner as you won't feel full)

Staff: 5/5 (They are very friendly and they know what to recommend base on your preference)

Cleanliness: 5/5

Ambiance/Interior: 5/5 (need I say more?)

Instagrammable: SUPER 5/5
